Our training is intense and thorough and you will learn a lot about sales and service in our industry. This position requires in-home presentations, ladder use, roof navigation, roof, and attic inspections, and capability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities include:
Demonstrated ability to form strong customer for life relationships
Solid business sales acumen and professionalism
Meeting prospective clients in the field to generate new business through RBI Direct to Consumer approach, and business-to-business relationships

Required Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 3 years sales experience
Proven ability to generate a sales funnel
Has an established referral network ie: insurance agents, real estate agents, networking groups, property management companies etc.
Minimum 1 year of roofing or trade sales experience
Minimum 2 years sales leadership experience

Compensation: $36-$45K/year plus commissions Job Benefits:
